How real is your fear?
The man who walked at night was slipping on the rock. He was afraid that he would fall several hundred meters deep, knowing that he was in a very deep valley. That is why the branch that was hanging above the rock climbed. At night he saw only a bottomless without a bottom. He screamed and in answer he only heard his echo - no one heard him.
You can imagine how he suffered all night. At any moment there was a death. His hands became cold and his grip was loose... When the sun came up, he looked down and laugh: there was no abyss at all. The rock was twenty inches below it. He could have slept all night and rested well - the rock was big enough - but he spent the hell of the night.
Based on my own experience, I can say: Fear is only twenty centimeters deep. It depends on you whether you will continue to cling to the branches and turn your life into a nightmare, or you will let go and stand on your feet.
There's nothing to be afraid of.
