An Offer You Can't Refuse

An Offer You Can't refuse...... Said Vito Corleone in the Godfather, by Mario Puzo and though I will fall short of using that kind of persuasion, I would like to tell you a story about a new phenomenon sweeping the world similar to the early days Gold Rush and I really would like You to pay serious attention to what I'm about to tell you.

Firstly let's just qualify who this offer is for and why it's not available to just anyone.  Secondly, let explore if you have a strong enough reason to actually take advantage of it. Then I'm going to present you with the offer if you're still around after that.Who is this offer for:

• Passionate people with a good attitude
• People with a good work ethic and perseverance
• Busy people with the ability to find a little extra time every day
• People who really care about themselves, their loved ones and their financial future/ lifestyle
• Finally, the big one; People who are willing to learn and take action.
• You can't steer a Parked Car (Only something that is moving can be guided)
• Disclaimer (Caveat); None of what I am going to tell you is typical or commonplace.
• There is no magic bullet or overnight success. Why?  Because everyone is different and what you do, can't be guaranteed or foreseen, that's also why you literally have no or little competition out there.

The Phononomen is called "The New Rich"  because similar to the gold rush days certain individuals are picking up on a trend and are heading "Out West", so to speak. please excuse me if I simplify this somewhat, I really want you to understand it perfectly, knowing that you are a professional and when presented with the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, you are able to make an educated decision based on fact and not hearsay. Fair enough?

The concept of The New Rich

Have you heard about the concept of "Word of Mouth promotion"?  It's said to be the most powerful promotional marketing tool known to man, right? Since the downturn of the "yellow page" advertisement platform and now that everything has shifted to online, a huge gap "Niche" has developed (goldfields)  and it's where the action is taking place.

"Everyone loves to buy, but hate to be sold!"

Would you agree with that statement, Yes?  Ok, let continue then and here's another

" Man (or woman) convinced against their will, is of the same opinion still"

These two old sayings are driving this new trend, called the New Rich. How?

Let me tell you a story, (maybe this even happened already to you, one time or another?)

This is a story about Joe, the farmer. Joe is a vegetable farmer and he grows Carrots. Joe is an acquaintance of yours or maybe you just met each other that day. Anyway, Joe talks about what is at the forefront of his mind this day, that he's growing Carrots and that he's got a problem because he's got so many and he needs to find a buyer for them quickly. He's asking you if you know anyone who will buy some of his carrots.

Now if that was you, what would you say?   Probably, No Joe, I don't really know anyone, but if I come across someone I will tell them ok?  Great says Joe and he leaves. Later that day you are having coffee somewhere and get talking with your friends or associates, and behold someone says "one of my friends own a big vegetable outlet and he was telling me that he's desperate for Carrots at the moment! He just can't get enough and he's prepared to pay top dollars for a steadily supply.

I know what you're thinking, right?   It's a natural reaction of humans, we always want to help our fellow man, right?  So, you say, Oh, look I just met a guy called Joe and he's got loads of Carrots available right now, I'll give you his number and you can give it to your friend ok? Could you see this situation actually happen? Sure you could, it's happening already and has for hundreds of years.

Let me ask you this then if say Joe and the Buyer, got together, would you believe that the odds of them making a transaction would be fairly high?  If so, was anyone forced into it or do they now both feel grateful for each of them having their problems solved?  

Can we take this story a bit further, ok?

What if each of them recognised your involvement in their good fortune and contacted you and said, look I'm sending you a percentage of the sale of the carrots (Joe) every month  and (the Buyer) would do the same if you could recommend any others, like for Tomato's, Apples or Zucchini.

Now you would have two very different incomes; 1. Passive and 2. Active. Let me explain the difference between the two. A passive income is a recurring income that comes in each and every month no matter what you do (holidaying, sleeping or playing gold etc.) Joe is just happy and keeps paying you this small percentage of him being able to sell his products every month and since growing vegetable is his livelihood he will continue doing so month after month.

The active income comes the same way as the first, the (buyer) knows you now and whomever you know or can recommend will attract another payment.  In the car game (Car Sales) its known as a "spotters fee") Every industry has one similar, ranging from a hundred dollars to many thousands of dollars.

For instance, if I'm looking to buy an Airplane, a certain model or at a certain price, and you know me and you recommended me to some dealership, they would pay you thousands of dollars, in one lump sum. Credit cards companies are paying now, hundreds of dollars if you can tell them about someone, wanting to take out a new credit card.  Get it?

What Can We Learn From This?

We can learn that there are opportunities out there, that if you know How To, you will be able to make a lot of money without any real effort involving a minimum of time. Of course, as you learn and as you get better at it, you'll build a portfolio of contacts, so when another buyer says; "you wouldn't happen to know someone who sells XXX?" , you will forward the details to him with lightning speed, right?
