All of us have something in common, an awesome power of the mind, and yet so few of us are using it effectively. Some of the most famous and rich people use it. Many business top players are using it. And super athletes in all kinds of field now practice it.

An actual fact of life that is so real today is that “Thoughts create Reality”.

So, what is this remarkable asset that we are all born with, exactly? What is this awesome power of our mind?

It is the Law of Attraction combined with our subconscious mind! Do not forget that this is not the only law, as many other factors come into play but it is a powerful one.

By picturing your dreams already complete via a day-to-day rehearsal, by slowly replacing negative thinking by positive thoughts and then by taking daily active steps towards your dream can quickly speed up the accomplishment of your goals, objectives and desires.  

Imagine Your Ideal Result

All you need is take just a few minutes every day. The greatest moments are when you open your eyes in the morning and right before you turn off your senses to sleep. Those are the times when your subconscious mind is most opened to auto-suggestions.

You can do this in any place, just relax, close your eyes and then imagine your future self, being at and living already your ideal result. Each day, try to picture as many vivid details as you can in living your mental picture.

Include also all of your senses in to your visualizing, like smell, touch, feel, etc. The more real it gets in your mind, the better the results.  

The Awesome Power of the Mind

The law of attraction, through the picture of your ideal result will then draw the persons, resources, and situations you will need to accomplish your objectives in life.

That is how powerful your mind is!

The active results you will get from doing the above visualization will be:

  • Your subconscious mind will start to reprogram itself on a daily basis and begin giving you inventive ideas to accomplish your aim.
  • Your brain will be automated to perceive and identify even more the resources you will need to achieve your dreams.
  • Your negative thoughts will turn into the necessary positive thinking you need to take action.

As a former athlete, I learned to work with this mental rehearsal or awesome power of the mind via my old Soviet sport coach Yvan B. Tumanov and it has been used since the 1960s by the ex-USSR which gave the idea to many others around the world.  

The Mental Attraction Story

This is how he explained the story to me for the first time:

  • “Imagine yourself in a movie, see yourself as the principal actor, and look at what you want to see around you and who you are.’
  • ‘Get as many details as you can; that includes the way you are dressed, your facial expressions, mood, feelings, gestures, and actions.’
  • ‘Take in all the sounds you hear like the crowd cheering or clapping, the music, the people talking or any other noise.’
  • ‘Look at the other people that are around you, competitors, judges and others.’
  • ‘Recreate any feelings you are experiencing as you engage in action.’
  • ‘Absorb everything as if it was real and in doing so; it will deepen the impact of your experience.’
  • ‘Now imagine with every cell of your being that you are performing effortlessly”

He was right, it worked, and I felt like all these visions were real.

This process should be executed in around 5 minutes. Then go on with your day. Make this a part of your daily routine; you might be amazed by the results in your life.  

The Law of Attraction Technique

The Law of Attraction technique consists of visualizing or taking a picture of yourself with your definitive chief aim, as if it was already achieved.

Create and put collage pictures of yourself with your goals anywhere you can be reminded of it. Put it on your refrigerator door, your nightstand, your computer screen, etc. Look at it each time you come across it, then believe in and see yourself being already there.

Find, make and repeat to yourself positive affirmations to support your desires. It will help and keep you focused on your objective, reinforces you as an incentive, and reprogram your subconscious mind by sending it instructions.  

Do anticipate the Outcomes

By following this, you may be shocked by the remarkable results.

This awesome power of the mind that you have allows you to change the most important being in all of your existence — YOU!

You should learn how to control these 18 billion cells in your brain, get them so that they all work in unison and not let them get to waste.

The law of attraction and the power of your mind will engage your subconscious in a process that will transform you forever. It happens with time, but as long as you put in the time each day to positive thoughts and to visualize your goals, things will slowly start to change around you.

Be around positive people, watch funny movies so as to laugh often, read inspiring books, listen to educational audio eBooks or podcasts that fill your mind with encouraging messages and watch a must see: “The Secret” by Rhonda Byrnes.

The process may be invisible to the eye and might take a while, but in the end it is all worth it.
