Do we treat ourselves properly? 

Often we are very supportive of friends and family if someone feels unlucky, unsuccessful and someway bad. 

But how do we treat ourselves? 
I think that I don´t achieve a lot, I have not that lot of time, I have a lot on my To-do-list. And I forget all the things I really do! I just don´t see my own achievements!

Why do we treat ourselves so bad? Why do we not support ourselves as well as we should treat a friend? We speak hard to ourselves, don´t comfort when we feeling down.

Today when I go to bed, I will think of all the good things I have done, and clap my shoulder, and speak to myself and really support me, and tell myself how fantastic I am, and what difference I have made! 

I know that YOU as well have done fantastic things, you deserve rewards and also that you need a nice talk if you are feeling down. Not hard words from yourself.

So today, promise me that YOU WILL BE KIND TO YOURSELF! Clap yourself on the shoulder, give yourself a hug and support yourself!
