YOU GET OUT, WHAT YOU PUT IN!
What you feed your mind, is as important, if not even more important, than what you feed your body. There is the famous quote; "reading is to the mind, what exercise is to the body".
In light of all the atrocities which seem to be happening on a daily basis, I wanted to find out how easy or hard it would be to find positive news. So I typed 'positive news' into my browser, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover, many sources of uplifting media outlets.
The mainstream media outlets focus on the negative, but you don't have to feed your mind on all that poison. There are plenty of alternatives, as I discovered for myself. What you feed your mind on, all day every day, is of the utmost importance, because your thoughts are what direct your life.
Positive mind food, will produce positive thoughts. Positive thoughts will produce positive words and positive actions. Positive words and positive actions will produce a positive life.
With so much negativity in the mainstream media, it takes a conscious effort to develop and maintain a positive mindset.
Be mindful of what you are feeding your mind.
