What are Crepes.....

Crepes can be eaten Sweet or Savory......

Crepes are especially popular throughout France. A Crepe is a type of very thin pancake. The ingredients are very simple and the finished product can be treated like pancakes or loaded with fillings like bananas, Nutella, strawberries, eggs, cheese, different meats, and any other topping you would like and then eaten like a burrito or folded as you like. That means you can have it as a desert, have it for breakfast or a meal on its own.

Let me give you the recipe I use when making Crepes....

  1. 2 cups of milkundefined
  2. 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  3. 2 teaspoons of brown sugar
  4. 1 teaspoon of melted butter
  5. 4 eggs
  6. 1/4  teaspoon salt

For this, you'll need a bowl and a hand mixer. First, crack the four eggs into the bowl. Beat the eggs and then pour in  milk and add flour simultaneously in small portions. Add in the melted buttersugar, and salt. Lastly add a quarter cup of water into the mix. The batter is done. Put the batter in the fridge for at least an hour and then its ready to use. 

When cooking, heat up a pan and put a little butter in it. Pour some batter into the pan. Make sure the layer is very thin. A minute later, flip the crepe and let it cook for another minute. Remove the Crepe and load it with whatever your heart desires.
