The Secret, Freemasons, Knights Templar, and the Richest man in the world

The title of this post is basically the story of where I am today(short version), and how I got here. I am certainly no millionaire (yet), but I am extremely rich in other ways and I am going to try and explain why.

I was at work some years ago reading a sunday magazine, the free one that comes with the newspaper, and I saw a TV personality describing the things that he could not bear to be without in his life. If I had not read this item, then I think I would still be going home after work and mindlessly watching tv programmes and eating what ever I could grab out of the fridge. However, on his list of items was a book called "The Secret" by Rhonda Byrne, and he went on to explain that whenever things got on top for him, he would read a few passages out of this book and things would seem much clearer and he would instantly be happier. This resonated with me, especially as I had never read a book for over 10 years, and I thought to myself, how could a book possibly have that effect? I had to know, so I looked it up on e-bay and tried to find the cheapest copy available (just incase I got bored and scrapped it), and I think I paid £8 for a paperback. I read that book and couldnt get enough, it was like the tip of an iceberg or being given a treasure map without all the information on, I needed to find out if it was true. I needed to know more about secret stuff and what was being kept hidden from the masses so I started to research all secret organisations possible. I was fascinated by the stories of the Knights Templar and the amount of movies that they featured in without my being aware, how Friday the 13th was so called due to their capture by King Philip of France, how they presented themselves to King Solomon and were thought of as some kind of SAS task force in their time. This then led me to the Freemasons, and finding out that they were everywhere, so again I needed to know more. I joined the Freemasons after being introduced by a work colleague, who I had no idea was a Mason, I literally asked him to fit a security light on my house as I knew he did electrical work on the side, and whilst he was doing the work the subject came up (coincidence) and I was filling out more of the treasure map as I went, for some reason though I had not noticed my bank account getting quite healthy. I had stopped buying "things" and "stuff" and my time was being spent much more effectively. The next step I took was finding out through Freemasonry about Napoleon Hill, and the fact that he took an unpaid job working for the richest man in the world Andrew Carnegie, a job that would take him to the homes and businesses of the most successful people in the world at that time. The advice that Mr Carnegie gave was so similar to that which I had read in "The Secret", this was mindblowing to say the least, I had gone in a full circle. I knew then that all of this had to be true, I did not just stumble across that article, I was meant to read it, just like I was meant to get my light fitted by a mason. My partner has a really good paid job now and I am equally paid very well, however the more that I amass, the less it means in actual value. I dont listen to music on my headphones in the gym anymore, I listen to Tony Robbins, Earl Nightingale, Bob Proctor and Les Brown and many other inspirational speakers, basically because they are all aware of the secret too, or at least their own version of the secret that has got them to where they are. In my opinion, reading that book will not get you or anyone to where you would really like to be, but it is a start which will send you looking for more information, which will in turn eventually bring those pieces together. Time and effort have been key to me and I still have a long way to go, but I have done ok for someone who had to eat sugar on bread as a meal because our mother couldn't afford to buy much food. I clicked on a link like the one below for SFM, and here I am writing this. Good luck on your journey
