You can think of them on the spot while you lay comfortably in bed, or you can write them down and learn them before.
Breathing relaxed, deep, slow and methodical breaths. Fresh air filling your belly, your chest, your head.
The key is to visualize each affirmation one word at a time. Each word in bold letters. Read them slowly and loudly within your mind. See the words floating across your forehead. Feel their weight inside the frontal part of your brain.
