Demolish Your Past, Upcycle Your Present To Build Your Future!

We are now near the end of 2017 and entering into 2018, have you thought about how you are going to enter 2018 with a bang!

I don't know about you, but I have had a very challenging year, that has tested my strengths and weaknesses, I have had obstacles that have presented themselves which I have overcome.

I have seen people come and go

I have learnt a lot about the people with whom I surround myself with

I have learnt to be grateful for what I have

I have learnt about self-improvement

I have helped more people than I ever thought possible

I have more faith, belief and confidence in my self than I had at the start of the year!

So how are you going to start 2018?

There are those of us who live in the past, bring the past into the present and will continue to live by our past experiences until the end of our life!

You know the type of person I mean, always talking behind peoples backs, jealous and envious of other peoples success.

Thinks that the world owes them everything, blames everyone and everything for what has occurred in their life!

Will always find something negative to say even in a positive situation

Then there are those of us who want to demolish our past experiences to clear the way to live a grateful, fulfilled and enjoyable present and to look forward to our future!

We lead a more meaningful life, have better relationships, appreciate the beauty of nature, look for the positive in all situations and love helping others.

We take responsibility for our actions and do not blame anyone or anything, we lead by example, We listen to what people have to say especially negative people as we can learn a lot about a person just by listening to the words they use but don't necessarily take it on board what they have to say.

What type of person are you?

Do you have a new year resolution?

Most people do, but the likely hood of seeing it through depends entirely on the individual, you see according to statistics most new year resolutions don't make it past twelve days especially people who join the gym.

We are not consistent, I put my hand up to this, consistency is the key!

Look at 2018 as a fresh new canvas, if you could paint a picture of your life, what would it look like?

What type of person would you surround yourself with?

How colourful would your life be?

Do you take time out for yourself?

Do you work on your self-improvement?

The past is in the past, its been and gone, you can not change it, however, you can learn from it, Let it go, move forward begin a new chapter of your life!
