 Nature is a powerful source we must cherish! She ( I'm sure she's a she lol ) gives us undefinedthe air that we breathe, the sun that gives us the day and the moon that gives us the night.  She can be wild and crazy giving us cyclones, earthquakes, volcanos, bushfires, undefinedand storms. She can also be gentle and sweet giving us rain, snowflakes, a breeze, morning dew, and flowers. This planet we live on is a true blessing and she gives us everything we need to live happy healthy lives.

 So here are a few natural remedies to help with certain ailments you may have from top to toe, starting with the hair.

Hair- Coconut oil is great for the body in many different ways, but for the hair, it is undefinedan intense moisturizer and conditioner, a detangler, and it also gets rid of dandruff. Body- Jojoba oil is great for the hair and body. Jojoba oil comes from the seed of the Jojoba plant which is a shrub native to southern Arizona, southern California and northwestern Mexico. Native Americans use it for sores and bruises.
