How do you be in the now... when the ego can only operate in the past & future.
- Observe your feelings and emotions.
- Observe the sensations in your body & don't label them.
- Do not judge.
- Do not attatchment meaning.
- Speak honestly and truthfully without judgement or attatching meaning.
- Why is being in the now vital to your happiness & self fulfillment?
- The past is gone, the future isn't here yet and thus both are lacking & disappointing.
The present, has abundance, Love, joy, Soul, freedom, and is the only state/conscoiusness in which humans can create, dream and experience happiness.
