3 reasons why exercise is good for you:
*Improvement of brain function- Anything that is good for the heart is great for the brain. Exercise not only improves brain function but it also acts as a "First Aid Kit" and repairs the damaged brain cells.
*Reduce stress- Exercise pumps up your endorphins which overall helps your well being as well as Endorphins act as natural painkillers which cuts down stress and will create a more effective you.
*Weight loss/Gain- A lot of people look to exercise to help them lose weight that either they don't want around anymore or looking to change there body completely for health reasons. As a former College Athele we either had to tone our bodies up to be more productive or cut weight so we can be bigger, faster, and stronger.
Exercise is a huge way to better yourself in more than one way but one major takeaway I have is, if we continue to workout then we are strengthining our body as well as our brain which controls our thouts and outcome. Remember, a Mind is a terrible things to waste.
