What’s important to you?
Many times when asked this question, what’s important to you? ‘happiness’ is one of the answers.
Everyone has a different meaning of what happiness is to them and although it is something people don’t always consciously do daily, it is something that can be practised and can lead you to what’s important to you?
Here are 3 steps to help you connect with what’s important to you?
1) Set the compass to find your authentic self, this will guide you and give direction. To start finding your authentic self, commence focusing on self-awareness.
2) You need to step back in time and recall your childhood. What did you enjoy as a child? What activities made you lose time? How did you feel in those activities? What were your childhood dreams?

3) Learn, do and share. Find ways to do what's important to you while helping others.
