Woke up, 7:15.. 

"Everybody's got a hungry heart!" ..... 

I started my day drinking with the chicken protein that I made last night, this is a reference from Tim Ferris's podcast, 30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of wake up .. It has been very effective.. 

Why 30 grams and 30 minutes.. bkz you'll remember easily. If your goal is to gain lean mass and reduce body fat, then you should be eating lots of protein and greens.. 

30 grams of protein (egg, chicken, jerky, fish, Soy or spinach ) within 30 minutes after your wakeup. after that, throughout the day, you can eat your greens. .

Then I went to the gym, did a good leg workout. 

Got home, I painted 2 walls in my bedroom, took a nap, worked for a bit, spoke to mum, then my mate Manual messaged me that he wants to come to see me, it was his birthday, my flatmate Ben was home, he's offered us mince pies.. then I posted a story on Instagram, 

3 x things grateful for today 

- for this flat, I am in. 

- for friends that I have made around. 

- for mince pie's 

1 x little wish - What would it take for you and for me to have feel and get to be in our dream homes/place now with all comforts and everything in the way of that, I would like to uncreate it, delete it, de story it across all time dimensions space and reality.
