And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
In a discussion I had with a friend of mine a few months ago, he said that we are living in critical times. He said that, with reference to all the negative that is happening on our beautiful planet at the moment. At the time, I thought that what he said, was representative of a 'doom and gloom' mentality which is contrary to how I like to think. I like to look on the brighter side of things, as this helps me to stay encouraged and to help encourage others, which is what my purpose here on this earth is.
When I read the bible verse above, one of the things that comes to my mind, is how my own mind has been, and is continually being, transformed by God and his son Jesus Christ. When I made my commitment to God in January 2015, I didn't realise it at the time, but what I was doing was to open my heart to God and Jesus Christ, and allow them to work on me from the inside. The transformation that has happened over that time, continually astounds me and I have talked about it with nearly everyone that I have met.
This is God's will. He wants to come into your heart and work on you from the inside. However, your heart has to be open to receive Him. One of the many things that I have learnt over the last 2½ years, is that we have to make the first move. Many of us are waiting for God to do something, but it is God that is waiting for us.
God has blessed you with everything that you need to fulfill His purpose for your life. It is all on the inside of you. Your job, is to bring it all out of yourself. So whatever it is that you are going through right now, you have what you need inside of you to come out the other side, stronger than you were before. God's strength is there for you, to make up for any weakness that you may have.

God bless you and your family.
