Why Do People Get Stressed well there are many different reasons why people get stressed  such as Marriage problems, home life, money, family, work, health whatever the reason it is really important that we learn how to manage our stress levels as they say life is too short. There are a huge amount of health issues that come from being stressed such as high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity, diabetes, sleep problems, reproductive issues and skin conditions such as Eczema to name a few. Below are a few of the things i do to help myself to distress

1.I found a happy place, now I know what you're thinking what on gods green earth are you talking about well precisely that. I live in an area where its lush green with roaming fields surrounded by farmlands just outside my front door and I take full advantage of it, know I now everyone doesn't have this but I'm sure if you look around your area or town or neighbourhood you will find you have something similar if not better and all you have to do is let yourself take it in. Make yourself go for a walk every day even ifs its just for a half an hour even if you don't feel like it that day just do it and switch your brain off and you will feel ten times better for doing it. 2.Meditate learn how to do this and you won't regret it, again find a space where you can sit and just be quiet for about half an hour, because I live in the countryside all I hear is the sound of the birds and cows in the fields around my house, so I sit either in my sitting room or in my back garden when the weather is nice and dry and just sit and listen to the sounds around me you will be amazed at how calm and peaceful you feel. 3.I talk about what is on my mind with my husband my sister my mother my brother etc keeping things bottled up inside is not good for us as humans we are social creatures so if we don't talk to other people we start to feel isolated, overwhelmed and alone So why do people get stressed as you can see there are many reasons why people get stressed but the main thing is to make sure you look after yourself and your health and try those things i listed above to help keep yourself in a calm frame of mind, to avoid stressful situations as much as possible and visit your doctor regularly for stress test if you suffer from stress.
