He will yet fill your mouth with laughter
And your lips with shouting.
You were made to live a victorious, abundant life! A life filled with peace, love, health, happiness, success and prosperity.
Unfortunately, too many of us are not living our lives in this way. With all the rushing around trying to get ahead, stress plays too big a part of our lives. This is why I want to emphasise the importance of laughter.
To incorporate as much laughter into your daily life as possible, will do wonders for you, spiritually, emotionally and physically. One good 'belly' laugh will immediately lift your spirit, put you in a better mood and help those stomach muscles. With a good belly laugh, it's a win win situation, as you benefit in all manner of ways, some of which already mentioned.
However, you need to keep an open heart and an open mind to see the lighter side of situations, as you go about your daily life. When a situation comes up that you may normally complain about or become angry, laugh instead. This just requires you to pause for a moment before reacting.
For example, take smiling for instance. Try to be angry whilst smiling. It's the same with laugher. Pause before reacting, for example, counting to ten is a fantastic technique for staying calm. This all comes down to making a decision. So make the right one.
