SERVICE FIRST

I believe that all businesses that fail, do so, because they begin with or develop the wrong mindset with regards to their target audience.  Their first priority is the money(profit)instead of what it should be, which is service.

As customers, we are interested in getting VALUE for our money.  Whether we spend a small amount or a large amount of money, value is what motivates us to buy the product or service.

The organisations that put service first, are the ones that thrive.  In other words, the ones that give the most value to their customers, grow the fastest and become the biggest.

When an organisation, small or large, gives great value to their customer, they stand out like beacons of light.  Putting service first, shows that they care, and when a customer feels like the company cares, they will go back and buy again and make recommendations to their circles.

When you put service first, the money will take care of itself.  So providing great value is the key to building any business, in any industry, in any economic climate.
