The bone-building effects of being mobile are significant across the whole life. After the first 30 years of life, the bone mass starts to decrease. The muscular issues like osteoporosis are the underlying cause of disability later in life, leading to fractures. Doing exercise or workout can assist you in maintaining the bone mass.

More Brain Health: Being mobile enhances the cognitive performance for all the individuals of all age groups. A research proved that physical activity leads to improved electrical activity along with the increased reaction time and mental accuracy. A routine of healthy workout early in life may assist in predicting the level of cognitive decline late in life. Without mobility, individuals may develop mild cognitive impairment or early onset of dementia after 40 years of age.
