On Saturday night we went to the SAP Center in San Jose, California to watch the San Jose Sharks take on the Edmonton Oilers.
This was my first time at the SAP center and I was very impressed at the building and how well organized it was to get in and find our seats.
We went a little early so our grandson could watch the warmups as both teams come out early to warm up and get ready for the start of the game.
The fans of the Sharks are very noisy cheering on their team, they have a noise meter that shows on a jumbo screen with different colors on it that change as the noise from the fans gets louder. And when the Sharks score the whole place goes nuts.
The Oilers being a team from Canada was the team of our choice being Canadian ourselves, but the Sharks out did them in a close game that saw the lead change hands.
It was tied at 4 a piece with about 2 minutes to go when the Sharks scored, taking the lead and then scored an empty netter to finish off the Oilers.
All in all it was a great night and a great game to watch and I very much enjoyed the SAP center and would recommend anyone while in San Jose to take in a game, you will enjoy the ambiance of the building.
