There's no room for harmful negative thoughts when your mind is focused on looking for things to be grateful for..
Be always grateful for everything you have.. The more you are grateful the more you will attract things and circumstances which are usually at a higher level..
You will generally be more happy and positive.. Refrain from any negative thinking or negative patterns of thinking, identify and destroy those negative patterns of thoughts.. practice conscious thinking more about what you want then what you don't want.
Generally be joyous, abundant and happy..
3 x things I am grateful for today
Grateful for the air I am breathing.
Grateful for my Nose for doing that and
Grateful for my Lungs managing all these.

- What would it take for me and for you to identify and delete each and every negative thought pattern we have accumulated in our baggage and everything in the way of that, I would like to uncreate it, delete it, de story it across all time dimensions space and reality..
