          My experience showed, YES thoughts decide success! In this post I will show this KNOW - HOW so You can use it instantly.

      My thoughts were the main obstacle towards Success (definition – combination of good quality of life, big dose of joy everyday, seeing and aiming for bigger purpose). 

     All my life I thought I was Successful, evidence being all my achieved goals (Captain on board ship, house without debt, happy healthy family and more than 5 figure salary).

      What was strange discovery for me was that even though most of my thoughts about myself were extremely good (result of positive thinking) nevertheless I was not able to feel fulfilled by what I have achieved. In most occasions, even one of the biggest ones, as promotion to Master Mariner, I had joy for couple of weeks and that was it. This raised a lot of WHY questions.

 

Had passed tons of books and courses to find WHY. After all I realized that:

 

·      During GOOD MOMENTS (vacation, time with kids, new car, long waited dinner with spouse, promotion in work) I was thinking that THEY WILL END SOON and how pitiful it is that it will not last forever. Basically in Good Moments I was thinking short term and putting bad emotions at the same time instead of living the moment and thinking long term.

·      During BAD MOMENTS (illness, accidents, bad financial situation, going to sea for work, failure, divorce) I was thinking as long term bad influence on me instead of that it is for short period and I will be just fine again.

 

Once I understood that this pattern was basically in all my life main areas I was shocked, and released simultaneously.

     I HAD A KEY AND OPPORTUNITY TO OPEN MY SUCCESS, AND I HAVE DONE IT AND I WISH ALL PEOPLE AROUND THE GLOBE CAN FIND THIS KEY AND DECIDE FOR THEMSELVES TO BE SUCCESSFUL (Task: Success – put here what success means to You).

 

Summary and action for You:

Thoughts decide your Success, I hope You agree! The way you think and What you think about yourself in crucial moments of life (bad, good) define outcome for success. And when You learn to shift Good Moments to long lasting and Bad moments as short term happenings, you will see improvements in your daily life. Do not believe me, go and try – OBSERVE YOUR THOUGHT IN Good, bad MOMENTS OVER NEXT WEEK, preferably write them down, for future reference. Make your own summary and see outcome. Share with others.

 

This shift allowed me completely leave my well paid job, become self-employed and dedicate myself to a bigger purpose: “to start creating and providing opportunities for others to open their potential to Success”.
