What do you think about the last five minutes before you fall asleep?
I heard this from the famous Wayne Dyer.... this is what he said.....
Your subconscious mind is most comfortable when you are unconscious. You are unconscious when you are in your sleep state. And when you are in your sleep state, your subconscious mind is busy at work, therefore, the last five minutes before you fall asleep is the most important part of your day.
Every day, you get into bed and get ready to go to sleep, you are now in that state between being awake and being asleep and you are preparing yourself for the next 8 hours, where you are going to marinate in your subconscious mind.
How would you like to prepare yourself for having your instructions sealed?
Most people use these last five minutes reviewing all the things that they don't like, and all of the things that didn't work for them, and all of the people who hurt their feelings and all of the stuff that is going on in their lives that they don't want happening! This is their worry time! This is the instructions they are giving the subconscious mind while it's listening.... and then they go off to sleep.
You want to reverse this practice so that your subconscious mind is listening how you are asking the universe to provide for you what it is that you would like to attract into your life, which will, when you awaken, a line with the universal subconscious mind.
You don't want your instructions sealed by going over "I am sick! I am poor! I am unhappy..."
The currency that you have for attracting into your life what you do want is in your thoughts and your imagination
Use the last five minutes of your day, just when you about to marinate for 8 hours in your subconscious mind, to programme your subconscious mind with; I am well! I am content I am lucky! I am able! (even if your senses are telling you that you're just fooling yourself)
Recognise that anything that you want to attract in your life begins with what you have placed in your imagination and have assumed that feeling of that wish fulfilled.
Stop programming your subconscious mind to hear all the things you don't want in your life because this is the instructions your subconscious mind will marinate in and seal!
Be conscious what messages you are giving your subconscious mind before you fall asleep because ultimately that's how you will attract it. You have to be able to see the wish fulfilled already in advance and call those things that do not exist as tho they do!
