5. This one isn't talked about much in Marketing and Advertising because I think many people are only focused on the sale. Offer The Solution. If you provide value on a day-to-day basis through informative emails and videos, provide the features and benefits along with the solutions to their problems (aka, the Results) then it is highly likely that they'll choose to do business with you.
