Getting Over Rejection at Work

Four Points to Help you get over Rejection at Work

1. STAY COMMITTED TO YOUR WORK WITHOUT BEING ATTACHED.

undefined

Try not to focus as heavily on the outcomes as you do on getting the work done.

2.  DON'T DWELL ON REJECTION.

undefined

Although it's natural to feel low when your work is rejected, remember that the feeling has little positive effect on your next bit of work so try to lessen it by moving onto your next task without letting yourself think into the rejection.

3.  FOCUS ON THE PROCESS.

undefined

There's not all that much that you can really learn from rejection, so try to keep the analysing process short and go back to doing the work.

4. KEEP SEVERAL THINGS GOING AT ONCE.

undefined

One way to make sure that you don't get too down from anyone rejection is to make sure that you have more than one project going at once; move onto the second one if the first doesn't work out.

OR..... BEAT REJECTION COMPLETELY AND BECOME YOUR OWN BOSS

Sign up today! Don't go through another day of working for someone else and coping with your boss's moods!

Best of luck!

Let me hear from you how it goes for you

until then, make it a great one

One morning, when Gregor Samsa woke from troubled dreams, he found himself transformed in his bed into a horrible vermin. He lay on his armour-like back, and if he lifted his head a little he could see his brown belly, slightly domed and divided by arches into stiff sections.
