Woke up, 7 today.. sat up and wrote affirmations. Got ready and left for work.. I wore a grey jumper and black jeans. I love these jeans, they fit nice on me.. The pic isn't me but I wore something like this..  

I listen to 8 AM Bloomberg business news on Bloomberg Aap every day while I walk to work or sometime during the day, I listen to one hour of news.. and repeat myself after the reader.

This has really really helped me a lot with the terminology, about the business, politics everything I need to keep up to the current affairs and hopefully for my future business decisions..

(Download Bloomberg free App, at the bottom there are 5 options.. click on Media, then on top right, you'll see Audio, click on Audio and It will start playing the Bloomberg news.  You can listen with the headphones on, for students like me, only playing business news is a great help! and plz try and repeat after the news reader. Your English will improve, your financial and whole worlds knowledge will improve like crazy. Good Luck;)

Work was great. I have some of my daily method of self-improvements tools I follow every day like the one above that I listen to an hour of business news and repeat after the news reader. etc. I also listen to an hour of Tony Robins Motivation speeches. This helps me manage my mindset. With my growing business's busyness, Tony Robins is keeping me on track with my goals..  

I used to listen to Abraham Hicks for the spiritual understanding of things, my past issues and emotions.. but I feel like I have overcome all of those now.. so I am happy just with Tony now.. 

Got home at 04:25 pm, checked my Google Ads Campaigns, took a 20 min nap got up when the alarm when off.. and got ready to go swimming. packed my bag, put the jacket on, left my room.. I stood in front of the main door.. There was a kink in my back and wanted to ignore it when I woke up from the nap and when I was getting ready but I decided swimming was not a great idea.. Then I asked myself.. what is the best course of action now.. My heart said meditate.. So I decided to go for a quick jog across the Lambeth and Vauxhall bridge, got home in about 30 minutes, lit the candle on, and sat on my chair straight to meditate.. 

I followed Michael Sealey's guided meditation for abundance today. It was for an hour, the doorbell rang around 8:10, my mate came over.. I made my dinner and ate while he sat with me on the table. me Toast cheese bread, mascarpone, and 2 x runny yolk omelets on top the bread.. It was yum! 

Then sat down writing my blog..

3 x Things that I am grateful for today

- I am grateful for my kitchen and the facilities and conveniences I have in my kitchen. 

- I am grateful for my ability to cook whatever I feel like eating .. 

- I am grateful for being able to sit, relax and do my things. 

3 x Happy moments of my day 

- I felt happy and laughed this morning when 2 of my workmates were trying to wind me up.. 

- I felt so happy as soon as I woke up I had a lead. I thanked.. 

- I felt happy earlier when I ate dinner. It was yum!
