This past week we had the "privilege to volunteer" & help out at the Loaves and Fishes Family (soup) Kitchen in San Jose California.
They have been feeding the needy in San Jose now for 40 years and what they do is a real blessing to the people they serve every day. A lot of them have no other place to go to get food to keep alive, so they are there every day.

After Dave picked up my prescriptions, I wanted to figure out the routine now for administering my prescriptions and fitting in my breathing exercises & taking my oxygen level.
It seemed to take me hours to figure out this simple process. It definitely was time consuming & somewhat confusing.
My new routine started at bedtime, following my instructions from the Drug Store. It was so reassuring to have Dave with me during this whole unnerving experience. I seldom take anything for medicating ...

Now flossing is a dance or exercise. I laughed so hard when I saw our granddaughter flossing. I thought it looked like a great exercise one could do anywhere in the world. She was on the go train in Toronto. No special equipment required. Something everyone could do to get their mojo working. This ...
