4 Steps To Defeat Procrastination

[1] Create a daily schedule to master the day - Evening routine before bed.

[2] Spend 10 minutes in the morning to address your important goals and then write out a list of 3 things which will push you closer in achieving your goals - these can be weekly - monthly - yearly

[3] Always keep an eye on your progress, so that the significant task doesn't get forgotten.

[4] Once the previous steps have been taken care of jump into the workday and start something which has the most significant priority right away because then you will be working at a much higher standard as you've chosen a critical task at the start of the day.
