You can even be grateful for having a comfortable chair to sit on or having clean sheets to sleep under at night. Choose anything that makes you feel good at that current moment. 

Choosing gratitude and contentment doesn`t mean becoming stagnant or giving up. It means stepping aside from judgement and freeing yourself from the bonds of negativity.
