Our corporate language often refers, directly or indirectly, to war.
Most probably because the corporate structure was born in a patriarchal society; and was created according to the military organisational model.
At a time, women were massively excluded from military and managerial life...and today, they tend to conform to this male leadership model to climb the career ladder.
