Personal total life health and wellness is very important to me and ranks up there with the need for water. There are so many people who truly want a lifestyle of freedom, which includes stress reduction and personal growth through a change of habits and patterns that they are accustomed to. As a solution for many of the health and wellness issues and challenges that people face, they often turn to things and foods that are quite the opposite of what they really need. With articles being added almost every day and an online display of health and wellness tips, the websites which educate people on the topics of weight loss, fat loss, stress reduction, exercise, meditation, and many other means of getting healthy, so many systems can seem quite overwhelming and are anticipated to become things of the past.
With an alarmingly increasing number of people being diagnosed with Obesity, heart failure, major organ failures, loss of mental stability, and a variety of other health and wellness issues throughout the country, the time has come for our everyday “common” person to take measures to protect everything they hold valuable. Unfortunately for the average person, health and wellness is not on the top of the list. In theory, yes. In reality, no. I have expanded my business to focus more on using the internet as a means to get the message out to as many people as possible. Like many others, I too want to do my best to reach as many people as possible to share as much as I can to make a difference in lives. To make that option available to everyone else as well. I have learned that a team is a group of individuals who either have or develop a like mind in what they are doing or trying to acheive. Maybe you are here because you are looking for ways to make your life a little healthier. Maybe you are here because you are already living a healthy lifestyle and want to expand your horizon and meet more like minded people. You may be here because you are at your wits ends, you've already pulled out all of your hair, and you are like a drained zombie hoping that you will read something that will give you at least a little bit of hope and energy to try it just one more time.
Let's consider the fact that the real damage to a person who wants to make a change is not done in the actual actions that put and keep them on the path of destruction so to speak. The real damage is in the lifelong effect that is burned into the person's heart, mind, and spirit. Some of the major damage is done long before the physical damage is seen, felt, or experienced. Let's keep in mind that no matter how bad the damage is, there is usually something that can be done. So let's talk about a few things that are very important in pursuing a lifestyle of Wellness.
The first lines of defense in blocking the "path of destruction" is to arm yourself with the equipment and education needed to protect yourself. What are some of the things needed to protect yourself from going down the "path of destruction"?
Let's start with water. Yes, plain, clear, wonderful, refreshing filtered, room temperature water. You were probably expecting me to start with cutting everything that sounds tasty and "unhealthy" from you life forever right? Notice that I used several descriptive words for water. These words may not seem like it, but they are important. We are talking about your future. Your future of a fulfilling life of optimal health and wellness for you. Every person is different and you must not compare yourself to the Fitness Coach at the gym, or your friend Cordelia or Paschal who seem to eat as much as they want of anything and stay as slim and trim as the fitness buffs of the world. This is all about you and your life. So, we have now pushed plain, clear, wonderful, refreshing filtered, room temperature water into your brain. Now for the next step.
