Let me know your secret if you have never had a day that you didn't have the inspiration or motivation to do the things you were meant to be doing.
For most of us, there are days when we are feeling that there is something that is holding us back and we don't know exactly why.
This morning it was one of those days, I didn't want to do what I knew I needed to do. I just felt this lack of motivation and energy, but at the same time, I believed that if I took some action, I would feel much better.
Part of my daily routine, after my meditation and while I am getting ready is to listen to positive messages. And this morning I found this inspirational advice.
This powerful message certainly put me on the right track, and I hope it does the same for you.
It was posted by Be Inspired and titled: "Watch This When You Wake Up! Morning Motivation."
After listening to this motivational message I felt relief. I was determined to stop being critical and started by doing it a little bit at the time. My first impulse was to identify some thoughts about it. And as I like to keep my promises to myself and do what I said I would do, I examined my inner self-talk and eventually got some inspiration about what to do.
I started to break down the tasks I had to do in 30 minutes, that way I didn't feel so overwhelmed and most importantly I enjoyed the feeling that I could accomplish them in small blocks of time.
If you listened to the last part of the message, Tom Bilyeu made a strong emphasis on Earl Nightingale's quote - "We Become What We Think About." He suggested holding this idea firmly in our minds.
Whatever you think about you will become. So be very careful where you put your attention to. Focus on your capabilities, your potential, concentrate your attention only on the good that you desire.
Build those skills and strive for something beautiful, something remarkable, something that you want to create because you will become what you think about.
20 YEARS FROM NOW YOU WILL BE MORE DISAPPOINTED BY THE THINGS YOU DIDN'T DO - Mark Twain.
Hope this video gave you some inspiration and motivation to continue with your plans.
