Woke up 5:15.. the Sun looked so beautiful when I pulled the curtains..
I had then increased the speed up from 1.5 to 1.75 on Joe Dispenza's audio meditation and sat up in front of the Sun.. with 1.75, I was able to finish the meditation around about 6. then got ready and got to gym at 6:25 I think, ran straight into Bodypump class that I had booked. Such a great workout I had today.
Instead of using numbers I started using affirmations and there is great improvement. Affirmations like, " "what would it take for me to get fitter, leaner and stronger now!"
then got home, shower, pray and then got work at 8:10 I think.. Work was great, there were so many meetings today but was fun. got home from work at 4:20 around then took a 13 min and snooze to 15 minutes nap.. was getting ready mum's messaged what I was doing.. I rung her, she was in bed, she's 4 and half hours ahead of me in India..
spoke to her a few minutes, then got ready and got to swim at around 6:10 pm.. I enjoyed my first-time fast lane swim today, at one point I kinda wanna move to medium one bkz this guy was very fast, but medium lane looked too slow so I think I was right to stay..
On my way bag, I went to the super market, got a sandwich, crisps and some potatos and bananas and on my way bumped into a neighbour mate, was good to see him, when I got home, my flatmate Ben was in the kitchen, I made my dinner plate as Ms Sandra's lunch, I said to Ben, Ms Sandra does it like this.. Ms Sandra, my other mate Jase's mum, I love her so much.. she's sweet and kind and the lunch she made me last time was, Cheese, pickles sandwich, with few crisps, a bunch of Almonds, some celery and a nice cup of Englis Tea.. yum! I now sat down to work on my business.
the first goal is to eat the frog, it means, finish what takes a lot of time.. Usually, unconsciously many tend to procrastinate the big task and kill time doing this and that, this is a fear, it's a fear of unknown.. You want to leave it to the last bkz, deep down you don't want to start or just don't like it..
Next time, try doing it the other way, complete the task which feels harder first and cut it off the list. See how much time you save by the end of the day. You will have plenty more to finish. and on top of that, you can do a Affirmation, like..
"What would it take for me to have more than enough time for me to finish some significant work this evening.. and everything in the way of that, I would like to uncreate it, delete it, de story it across all time dimensions space and reality..
