5 signs you should quit your job

·         Do you get excited about going to work?

·         Do you look forward to the long week ahead?

·         Do you love trading your time for money?

·         Do you look forward to Monday mornings?

If your answers were NO, then maybe it's time there's something you need to change. Why not love Mondays as much as Fridays and Saturdays, if we were doing what we loved, we would! We would feel happy, excited, fulfilled, chilled, light, and carefree and we would have a lot less stress. Anything is possible if we just have a bit of courage and will. If you quit your job, how would that make you feel?

Why do something that you dread and that makes you feel miserable every day! Life is way to short to waste our time on doing things that do not make us feel empowered, valued and fulfilled. What is it that's stopping you from doing what you love, your purpose in this life?

What is it that you love to do? What gets your creative juices flowing? Most of us are in jobs or careers we just don't love. According to data released by Gallup, only 13% of employees are engaged in their jobs or emotionally invested in their work and focused on helping their organizations improve.

Polling samples from more than 140 countries show that 63% are NOT engaged or simply unmotivated and unlikely to exert extra effort- while the remaining 24% are actively disengaged or truly unhappy or unproductive. So why not quit your job an do what it is that makes your heart now?

Do you feel unappreciated, unrecognized, unrewarded and unvalued? Why do we stay in jobs that make us feel that way? There is always another way, another opportunity, so if we can just learn to face what scares us the most (fear of the unknown, failure, disappointment etc.) we will grow. If you have the passion and belief in yourself you can create the perfect life that is just for you. It can be done and has been before. Learn from the masters.

Do you see yourself where you are in years down the track? Can you grow and reach new goals? Those years could have been used creating a new life that will give you happiness and freedom. If you quit your job you will have that opportunity, but if you can’t, you can always start educating yourself to find new ways that will allow you to do that in the near future.

Can you come and go as you please? Do you decide when you take holidays? Do you choose when you spend time with your family? Well, why not? We all deserve to be happy and even though life throws us challenges and curve balls occasionally, it teaches us strength, we grow and become stronger. Just imagine a life where you dictate what you do when you do it, and how you do it.

What it comes down to is what you truly value in your life. Time is extremely precious, something we can never get back. Use it wisely- spend more time with loved ones, travel, meditate, exercise, laugh so hard it hurts, dance, swim in the ocean and be one with nature.

This has become my journey, I now have passion for life again, to try new things, to face my fears, and no holding back. If I never begun I can only imagine the rut I would still be in. I would love to help and guide anyone who wants to find their purpose in life.

So we all have to start somewhere right? I am just an average everyday person like yourself and I took that first step. If you think you might be interested in finding out more about what you can do to improve your life you can watch a free 7-day video series. Click below to find out more.
