In previous blogs, we have covered vision, mission, goals and milestones.

Personal goal setting is fundamental to this process. It is the reason why you are doing what you do!

So why not incorporate your personal goals into your plans!

Wouldn’t it be fantastic if your passion for your personal goals was a motivator for your business!

The charisma would be infectious! The joy that you would bring to your marketing campaigns would brighten your client’s day! The approach to mentors, teachers, collaborative partners, and coaches would bring out the best in them as you would be a joy to work with!

Your productivity would go thru the roof as you would be doing what you love!

So why aren’t you doing it now?

The tools are there to do it!

In my opinion,  the steps to start this process are to:

1.       Complete the business planning process

2.       Complete your personal goals

Then examine the common threads of both plans! That is where the magic lies!

You will then be examining the inner you and looking at the “why”
