I woke up 5:30, 15 min meditate.. spoke to mum 6:30. logged on into works around 7:20.. took a 10 min nap at lunchtime. benefits of working from home.
ate a can of tuna for breakfast, scare of protein, I was eating 4 chicken breasts a day to a can of tuna.. around 6.pm just when the sun was going down, went for a jog, Vauxhall Bridge, Lambeth bridge and over Westminster bridge and back home to the Oval. there were a lot of people outside, govt was warning a lot but people were just out.
earlier I volunteered for GoodSAM and Royal Voluntary Service as UK govt launched urgent appeal for 250,000 NHS volunteers to battle against coronavirus saying more than 11,700 retired doctors, nurses and health care professionals have returned to the NHS following a government appeal for medics to return to the front line. and 5,500 final year medics and 18,700 final year student nurses will begin working in the NHS this week. and also they converted a huge Excel Center into an emergency hospital, known as the NHS Nightingale Hospital, with capacity to treat 4,000 coronavirus patients.
I am a little nervous but I volunteered for chat and check-in service to vulnerable people, I hope it will be fine.
