On my social media and blog posts, I have included many quotes that encourage us not to fear, while warning us of the dangers of fear. If you frequent my work you may have seen some of these, so I wanted to pull some of my favourites together should you wish to copy and paste them into social media pages such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.

You have not only my permission but encouragement to do so since countering fear is one of the reasons for posting these in the past and now on this Daily Message blog post.

I wish to get the message out that we have nothing to fear. Fear is good for nothing but to create more of itself, and with that, suffering.

Unfortunately, fear has been mostly fabricated to take on a life of its own such that we even fear speaking out again fear. We are afraid of someone 'shaming' us, firing us, decertifying us, or just cancelling us as their friend, etc. Maybe it's over not wearing a mask or whatever insanity that will intimidate us to descend into their hells of fear.

Our minds and bodies are being compromised with the toxicity of fear. But it is Love that conquers. As it is written, perfect love casts out fear. The darkness of fear cannot exist in the light. Someday, by God's grace, our consciousness will re-emerge to understand the cost of fear and what damage it inflected upon our lives, within and without.

It's my wish to do whatever I can to bring in a new day of love and light where all fear is vanquished. I hope you will join me by encouraging others not to fall into needless fear, but rather be filled with light and love.

Most of the ELYSIUM'S PASSAGE blog posts were written to bring light to the shadows of fear. So please pass this and other blog posts along to anyone who you think might benefit in reading what some wise souls through the ages have stated.

FREE YOUR MIND

As Morpheus advised Neo in the Matrix, there really is no reason to fear, we just need to let it all go, especially when we are being lied to by most anyone in authority these days. As Franklin Roosevelt said, in so many words, the only thing we need to fear is fear itself.

Most of us, I hope, see or are beginning to see what's going on in the world and how fear is being used to manipulate us.

If you have been brainwashed by the media, which seems to be the primary source of misinformation, then this whole scam of COVID deaths might seem legitimate and that you should be scared.

But I think what's put out there is disgusting, dishonest and reprehensible. If you want to know how I really feel about this, go to my post at

https://digitalbloggers.com/arts-and-entertainment/corona-virus-shut-down-or-herd-immunity

In this post, I have compiled several articles on what's going on, although FB has seen fit to take most of them down since they don't fit their fear/control agenda.

Here's a little parody by comedian JP (if it's still up) on what the Social Media BIg Tech is up to keep us in fear. Why? This is another topic us to consider at another time.

if you enjoy this, here's the link to share https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RGxbaxviRVw

Apparently, many of the health experts and authorities remain ensconced in their allopathic approaches to health. Yet, it has been known forever that 'Herd Immunity' is how nature deals with diseases such as flues and viruses.

Provided common-sense precautions are taken, such as hygiene, washing of hands, etc, we don't need to become Darth Vaders wearing face diapers that are no better at keeping virus molecules out than a lattice wire fence in a dust storm. (See the video by a veteran OSHO expert in the previously mentioned post)

Obviously, a certain amount of the elderly dies every year because that's how we all make our transitions out of this confused planet. Any person with a precondition might not fare well when a pandemic is going around. And yet, from what the Centre on Disease Control (CDC) says, only 6% die of the disease itself, the rest is due to the precondition... which is why the average age of death is the same as life expectancy in the early 80s.

Other than that, the best way for us to protect our bodies from seasonal influenzas or the latest virus/cold going around is:

I M M U N I T Y

Now for some good news. At this point, it seems Swedens' Coronavirus problems are mostly behind them. The nation went its own way with herd immunity way and ended up with about the same amount of COVID deaths as the average in most of Europe

Today, Sweden's COVID mortalities are now down to almost nothing. In fact, just one death in the first half of August, and all without enforced masks, 'social distancing' and layers of bureaucratic regulatory stupidity.

Yes, quarantine applied for senior homes, but not much regulation beyond that. As I mentioned, most deaths, as usual, among the most susceptible and elderly over 80.

undefined

I should also mention that South Dakota has the least mortality in all the USA (per million) without any intrusion by the state. The State Governor has only advised is that everyone regularly washes their hands, which is what we should be doing anyway.

The graph above must really be disappointing to the 'herd immunity' antagonists who really seem to love fear and 'cases.' They were wrong but will never admit it... just continue to ignore the facts. So much is at stake; this is about so much more than a virus. My new slogan is:

"COMPLIANCE IS COMPLICITY"

WHAT'S THE MATTER?

undefined

It is difficult for the matter of fact physicist to accept the view that the substratum for everything is of mental character. But no one can deny that mind is the first and most direct thing in our experience and all else is remote inference.

                                          Sir Arthur Eddington, Physicist

The universe cannot admit of material representation, and the reason, I think, is that it has become a mere mental concept.
                                          Sir James Jeans, Physicist

I assert the nature of all reality is spiritual, not material or a dualism of matter and spirit.

Werner Heisenberg, Nobel Prize in Physics

There was a discussion between James, the protagonist in Elysium's Passage and Mo, one of his mountain companions, that I didn’t include in Elysium’s Passage because there already was too much to record.

This dialogue occurred shortly after James arrived on the Summit in this spirit body. He tries to argue with his new companions that all their talk of him being a spirit is ridiculous since there is nothing more to reality than matter.’

Finally, Mo said, ‘but what you say, James doesn’t matter.’

‘What doesn’t matter?’

‘Matter doesn’t.’

‘Doesn’t what?’

‘Matter!’

‘Get real!’

‘I am real, Mo said, but matter isn’t… at least not in the way you think of it.’

‘And I suppose this chair I’m sitting in isn’t real either… you know, the one holding me up.’

‘Oh, the chair is real, at least in appearance, but the matter you think it is... isn’t.’

‘Really now,’ James said, ‘what’s the matter with the way I think of matter? Like most everyone in the Western world seems to think the atoms have a nucleus of solid little billiard balls with electrons flying around. We refer to these units of electro phenomena as particles that often come with very creative and exotic names.’

‘Yes, of course,' James said, ‘but particle physicists should know what they’re talking about.’

‘Just because one may identify something registering on a screen with an electronic pointer readings doesn’t make these atomic charges solid particles,’ Mo said. ‘Especially, I might add, when the evidence of this light spectacle on the screen can exist in two places at the same time.’

‘Well then; how is it they smash these particles into each together at our multi-billion dollar Super Colliders. I mean, if there isn’t something solid within them that collides, how can they be splintered into ever smaller fragments then they already are?'

‘But the question is; smaller fragments of what?’ Mo asked. ‘So let’s talk about what makes solid seemly solid. What is it that makes us as spirits appear materially substantial, and why does the chair hold you up if it’s not solid?'

‘That’s what I’m saying. It’s because we are solid material bodies as is the chair,’ James said, ‘no question about it.’

‘You’re right; there is no question about it, except the question itself.'

'Before we get into a debate about semantics, James said, 'think of the iceberg that took down the Titanic. That ice had to be bloody solid to do that!

My question to you is; what was it that made the iceberg solid? Potentially that iceberg, under different conditions, could have been just vapour in a dry desert that no one sees. But that’s just an analogy, what I want you to consider is what makes solid, solid.'

'You know James,' Mo continued, 'there’s nothing in subatomic physics that has ever been observed other than charges of energy, be it electromagnetic fields or whatever names on earth are associated with various forces of energy. The fact that different charges can be given different names doesn’t imbue them with some eternal solidity, even if that's the impression. A hologram seems solid too until you put your hand through it.'

'But you know, I think if my ship was going down,' James said, ‘I’d call whatever we collided into to be very solid.’

‘And I’m sure I would too,' Mo said, ’but I would mean something different when referring to it as being solid. Let me remind you that energy and matter are interchangeable manifestations of the same Source energy field. Matter, or material, is just a crystalized form of energy that manifests at various levels. You know, the collapse of the quantum wave into a particle upon observation. And what might be considered weight is part of the inter-dynamics within a mysterious force field we call gravity.’

‘But then,’ James said, ‘I still don’t understand how energy crystalizes if there isn’t something to crystallize into form?’

‘Energy needs nothing more than what it already is.’ Mo said. ‘Form is a pattern of energy that doesn’t need little billiard balls of matter to appear solid. Energy forms and constantly reforms into various molecular patterns that hold a force field for only a time, be it ice cream, humans, mountains or stars. Everything is temporal except energy keeps morphing into new thought patterns of nature’s divine design, including that of human co-creativity.’

‘You know, I’m finding this a little too esoteric to be credible. It’s rather difficult to wrap my head around something as nebulous as energy without matter.’

‘But since matter is just one expression of energy, why should that be a problem?’ Mo asked. 'You already know that: E=MC2. When the chair holds you up, its one electromagnetic pattern holding up another electromagnetic pattern, that being you. You and the chair are charges that, on a subatomic level, never touch.’

‘If only that was true for the Titanic,’ James said.

‘It was the force fields that collided because as it turns out, that’s all there ever was. Just as when your body hit the bottom of the canyon floor. The fall was real, just as your body was altered from the impact. And likewise, your consciousness is now being altered by the impact of your spirit body.

‘Whether it’s in this domain of spirit or the realm of the earth plane, it’s still all the same; just a ‘matter’ of which vibratory octave your conscious awareness exists. Your spirit body exists in a higher domain than your earthly body back home.’

‘That's most splendid,' James said with a grin, 'just like when I was in a higher domain while doing some good stuff during my undergraduate years.’

‘You might be more accurate about that than you realize,' Mo said. 'In any case, it turns out that the world of subatomic physics had turned our world upside-down, or I should say, right side up, after thousands of years of believing that matter is something that self-subsists. But the ancient sages knew better.’

'What did they know better? James asked. ‘No one knew anything much about physics before Newton’

‘Let me refer to an ancient Greek poem that became incorporated into the Christian scriptures. It was originally written by Epimenides, a famous Greek poet from the 7th Century B.C. Today it is most commonly recognized from being quoted in the Biblical passage that states: For in him we live, and move, and have our being, as certain also of your own poets have said, for we are also his offspring.’ (Book of Acts 17:28, KJV)

'That's very nice, but hardly a statement of empirical reality.'

'Maybe not empirical,' Mo said, 'but that's hardly the point. This quote has to do with something even more basic: the ontology of matter. And it's not just about how sentient beings are derived; everything is derived from the Source’s divine essence. In fact, the established position of the early Church has been to affirm the omniscience (all-knowledge), omnipotence (all-power) and omnipresence (all presence) of God. So if God is all-presence, then there can be nowhere that Source isn’t.’

‘That jolly, but what about the question of evil, how do you deal with that? If God is there too, why does he put up with it if he’s so overwhelmingly powerful and wonderful?'

‘Yes, that’s a good question, James, but a little off-topic. Let me just say that if I close my eyes, it appears nothing is there. But that just a perception of a deluded mind that chooses not to see. But God's divine emanation is in every subatomic particle of energy. That's why everything, in essence, is sacred... it is all of God. And that's how all nature in the universe self-organizes into infinite designs of intricate life forms.

But if I shut my cognitive eyes to the light of the divine Presence, only darkness remains in my awareness. And so only the world of illusory darkness seems to exist whenever my eyes are closed to the light. “Life” spelt backwards spells “evil,” which is why the world of darkness may seem evil when one is closed to the light that’s always present.’

‘I’m not at all satisfied with your answer,' James said, 'but let’s leave it at that for now.’

'A time will come,' Mo said, 'when you will see with the inward eyes of true understanding.'

WHAT LOVE HAS TO DO WITH IT

Who can give law to lovers? Love is a greater law unto itself.
                         Boethius 470-524 (De Consolatione Philosophiae)

undefined

The Elysium's Passage series has many themes, but perhaps none greater than love. Though there are countless expressions of love in the world's cultures, the ancient Greek philosophers identified four principal categories. These are Philia (brotherly, friendship), Storge (parental, family), Agape (divine unconditional love), and of course, Eros (romance, sexual). Each of these is thoroughly portrayed and discussed throughout the series.

To further consider the nature of male/female love, I had inserted an excerpt from Elysium's Passage: The Summit where James is still trying to sort out his questions about his love relationships with women.

His companions have patiently been trying to help him with this for some time now, albeit not always successfully. And so the following dialogue continues in preparation for what is about to happen.

From Chapter 17

After I returned from my hike along the summit ridge, I found a display of fine cheeses, fruits, loaves of bread and cakes prepared for our afternoon tea. I certainly couldn’t complain about the service I was receiving at this boutique lodge high in the Chilean sierras. We returned once again to the topic of relationships after Mo indicated there remained a few more things I ought to know about the complementary nature of the sexes.

And so, for what remained of the afternoon, he went into extensive detail about levels of correspondences and how they relate to the spiritual qualities of love and wisdom; with goodness and truth being subsets of these. At the base of this paradigm, he said, was the dynamic of essence and form, the inward and the outward. I thought the concepts to be interesting, yet a bit too esoteric for me to take seriously.

‘Do you realize,’ Mo said, ‘in some ancient traditions it was believed man was created as a representation of truth and woman a representation of love? This would mean man was created to give the outward expression of truth and woman created to provide the inward content of love; meaning, truth is the outward form that contains the essence of love.

undefined‘Of course, it’s never just one or the other; each contains elements of the other’s central features. Yet these qualities remain dominant in one or the other. This is why the male is usually more mind-centred and the female usually more heart-centred.

Man’s orientation is more active, analytical and calculating; woman more inwardly receptive, nurturing and affectionate. When man and woman enter into a union, the two complement each other as an expression of a wholehearted being.’

‘Unfortunately,’ Eli said, ‘things seldom work out that way; not because union is untrue, but because humans are not true to union any more than being true to truth or true to love. Without the enlightenment of the heart, humanity is confused about almost everything.

That’s why we say the cosmos would be most appreciative if you could help bring some inspiration to the earth. I’m not saying this planet is a black hole of ignorance; not exactly, but with much of humanity still lacking direction and purpose, it certainly could use more enlightenment.’

This is just the beginning of the dialogue. For the full article, go to WHAT LOVE HAS TO DO WITH IT

SUMMARY OF ELYSIUM'S PASSAGE

.

undefined

The Elysium's Passage series begins with a young British philosopher named James Phillips who finds himself living in an altered state of reality while still remaining on earth.

After experiencing a near-fatal fall while climbing to the summit of a remote mountain in the Andes, James awakens in a new dimension. He soon encounters two mysterious beings who provide him with a very different perspective on the nature of his existence. Over the next year, before his body recovers from the coma, he is challenged to re-examine his understanding about life’s meaning and purpose far beyond anything he previously believed or could believe.

An engaging and sometime surreal adventure with intimations of impending romance, the narrative explores the most important questions about life, death, reality and our ultimate destiny.

The Plains of Elysium (Champs-Élysées) was described by Homer, Hesiod, Virgil and many other poets as the paradisiac afterlife realm reserved for heroes. As the title suggests, this is about a journey through a passage that leads towards Elysium’s exciting realm of existence.

Summary Introduction to Chronicles of Elysium’s Passage

After experiencing a near-fatal fall while climbing to the summit of a remote mountain in the Andes, James awakens in a new dimension. He soon encounters two mysterious beings who provide him with a very different perspective on the nature of his existence. Over the next year, before his body recovers from the coma, he is challenged to re-examine his understanding of life’s meaning and purpose far beyond anything he previously believed or could believe. An engaging and sometimes surreal adventure with intimations of impending romance, the narrative explores the most important questions about life, death, reality and our ultimate destiny.

Chronicles of Elysium’s Passage series to be published in 2024

1. The Ascent is the first novel in the Chronicles of Elysium Passage series that’s foundational to everything else that happens in the following books, embarking on an adventure that will surprise and delight the reader like no other book.

It all begins with an extreme adventure of climbing a remote and challenging mountain somewhere in the Andean Mountains. Just as James, the protagonist, is about to reach the mountain summit, he falls into an abyss that leaves him in a coma for almost a year.

After being airlifted by a forestry helicopter and flown back to London, where his body remains for almost a year. Eventually, he learns it was not him but his body that was rescued. Several days later, without understanding what happened, he continues to climb to the summit in an alternate dimension of higher consciousness.

Fortuitously, he meets two adventurers on the summit ridge who are no longer of this world. After that, his surreal life leads him to several new adventures in the subsequent chronicles that include a rich mix of adventure, romance, and fantasy, along with profound discussions of philosophy, spirituality and the afterlife.

2. The  Summit, the second novel in the Chronicles of Elysium Passage series, carries on where James, the narrator and protagonist, is taught more about a multidimensional reality that he finds difficult to comprehend.

Not only does he find he’s not as clever as he imagined, but his off-world companions on the summit demonstrate that much of what he believed about life was not just parochial but wrong. At first, he finds this difficult to comprehend since their teachings are contrary to his limited understanding of non-material reality.

After being tricked into teleporting off a ledge where he was trapped, James becomes aware of the new reality that makes him capable of far more adventures than could have ever been experienced previously in his physical body back home.

Now, if only he would win over the only woman in this life who matters, the nurse on the other side of the veil, who continually demonstrates her unconditional love toward his healing.

Warning: This book may also open the reader’s eyes to a much vaster reality than most might be aware. As with the other Chronicles, there are discussions of philosophy, the spiritual afterlife and what might seem like fantasy.

3. Quantum Leaps is the third novel in Chronicles of Elysium Passage, where James, the philosopher-protagonist, teleports back to London to visit his body and make contact with the special nurse taking care of it in his absence. Immediately, he feels an inexplicable spiritual bond with her for reasons he remains unaware of.

Now aroused by a renewed interest in matters of love, the beginnings of a relationship begin to emerge as he attempts to reach across the chasm of their worlds. But it’s not until the fifth novel, Mystical Romance, that he encounters her in a way that he finds difficult to believe.

However, before that can happen, there is much about his failed relationships that must be resolved before he is ready to move forward in his new life in Elysium’s Passage. It is during this time he christens his comatose body as the fall guy since it took the fall for him down the abyss so he could learn the lessons he’s now learning.

That will be the next focus of his life, where in his next Surreal Adventures, he is given virtual lessons to release many of his past beliefs about life.

4. Surreal Adventures is the fourth novel in the Chronicles of Elysium Passage, which finds James, the protagonist and narrator, escorted by his companions to a remote South Pacific Island, where he is left to reflect on what he’s learned.

During the next forty days, he battles the demons of his past as he works through some rather painful issues from his early youth. Here, in a tropical storm, he encounters an eery suspended spectre of the one he loved yet still resents for abandoning him as a child.

After this, he achieves peace of mind and is ready to return to his lodge to join his off-world companions on the Andes summit. However, just when it seemed things couldn’t get any stranger, a sixteenth-century sea captain sails his ancient ‘ghost’ ship onto the beach. Together, they sail off on a mystical ocean voyage to a couple of virtual islands supposedly in the South Pacific, where he witnesses and, at times, participates in several important life lessons.

His surreal encounters in the Flatlands illustrate the deficiencies of contemporary academia. Next, they sail off to the next island, the Hill Country, where he witnesses several peculiarities in organized religion. These experiences, though virtual, provide him with fascinating and enlightening allegorical examples of his life in the world.

Near the end, these encounters help prepare him for a new challenge within the interior of a mountain, where he falls deep into a dark tomb of fear. After being rescued by a mysterious stranger wielding his Excaliber, he continues on to where his life is about to be transformed in the following chronicle, Mystical Romance.

5. Mystical Romance is the fifth chronicle in Elysium Passage, which will surprise the reader with a romantic twist of how love is expressed in higher realms. From this lofty perspective, everything about intimacy is understood as within, so without.

After escaping his tomb, James, the narrator and protagonist, makes his way through a maze of tunnels until he arrives at a large oak door, which he opens with the golden key he had been given. There, he steps into Elysium’s Passage’s Great Hall, where his life and recent achievements are celebrated now that his eyes have been opened to perceive a fascinating interior world of wonderment… and romance.

To say more might risk diminishing the multitude of delightful surprises as circumstances begin to open to The Elixir, where James is about to re-enter his earthly body’s existence.

6. The Elixir is the sixth chronicle of the Elysium Passage series that prepares James, the narrator-protagonist, to awaken and return to his body in London. Before that can happen, however, his off-worlder friend presents a mysterious equation enshrouded with a light code frequency that will stimulate multidimensional DNA strands within him.

Much of this narration is centred in London, where his nurse unknowingly becomes involved in how the Elixir’s equation finds its way from a taxi cab driver to higher echelons of science. There are many twists in how she unwittingly brings the Elixir to the attention of mathematicians and physicists, after which they eventually discover how to code the equation into a laser ray to stimulate his fall-guy body into full consciousness.

Ostensibly a new Adam, he is destined to return humanity to a higher multidimensional existence. How this happens is filled with intrigue, as is his shocking return to his earthly body.

7. The Return is the seventh and last chronicle in the series where James, the narrator and protagonist, has re-emerged from Elysium’s Passage as he readjusts to life in the third dimension. Many of the events experienced in the previous novels are tied together in an exciting, fast-moving, action-packed narrative.

Now, back in the third dimension, all memories seem to have been lost, with his fall guy’s brain not being aware of what happened to him in the last year. As a consequence, it takes a while for him to be convinced he had been out of his earthly body for almost a year.

Through some rather unexpected events and his girlfriend’s urging, he is brought to an awareness of much that occurred out of the body. Though much of the chronicle, this brain hasn’t caught up to the changes he experienced in his heart in the alternate realm.

Through some harsh life lessons back home, he discovers what he has become and the many challenges that lie ahead of him in fulfilling his mission to bring change to this planet.

"Quietly, gently, and without imposition, the Author unfolds the pages, creating an intricate, interlocking bridge spanning the chasm between mind and heart. Renewing, refreshing, restoring. In my bereavement, it was vigil and light…"

“Excellently written with an exceedingly deep understanding of this world and the next. The characters are very well written and engaging. I can't wait to complete this book!"

“Takes the reader on both a philosophical and spiritual journey, a journey that at times is both disquieting and tranquil. James, a British Philosopher can be irreverent and caustic, traits that should have left me cringing, but instead made me laugh out loud. Elysium’s Passage is a fun, enlightening and remarkable book.”

“This is a masterful fantasy, becoming a real possibility, as the reader is drawn into the story. The Summit leaves you anxious for the next book in the series, yet also leaves you totally satisfied with the world you have just visited. Genius! An exciting, yet calming, experience that is not to be missed."

"There was hardly a page on which I did not find at least one sentence worthy of hi-lighting for future reference. In addition, I thoroughly enjoyed the main character, James, whose personality and passionate verbal exchanges with the other characters, kept me coming back for more. I am reading the book for a second time while I wait for the next one in this series to be made available."

“N.G. Meyers has clearly put a great deal of research and thought into what the afterlife may look like and I like his perspective. It’s an altogether welcoming and exciting vision. The book gives one a great deal to think about and a reassuring confidence that the end of our lives is truly the beginning of life in the next. I highly recommend it."

"I am really enjoying your book, it’s fantastic! It is so incredible and diversified that I can’t really explain it to other people, so what I say is just read this book. Thank you so much for the blessings that you’ve given the world!"

“The humour interjected into a serious discussion makes me laugh out loud. Totally unexpected....l may be in the presence of at least a master, if not a genius. A fair ride into reality... seeking that which is unseen, yet absolutely real.”

“An engaging story of adventure embracing man's deepest desire to search for meaning and purpose, N.G. Meyers takes the reader on an adventurous thought-provoking journey. This book has substance. It is a perfect blend of adventure and fantasy combined with spiritual philosophy. It ignited my imagination. The author magically weaves a good story laced with wit and humour together with deep philosophical wisdom. This book has it all!”

“An evolution in thought is triggered by many fresh philosophical themes which could inspire readers to re-think their reality and former ideologies that have dictated their lives… the author fires readers’ imaginations to view what could be possible when spirit vacates the body.”

“This is the book spiritual seekers have been waiting for. For me, it granted a great read as well as increased inspiration to live every day with a heightened sense of purpose. I highly recommend it.

“The Summit is capable of hooking readers and luring them to search for Book 2 to discover more about Dr. Philip’s surreal trek into the mysterious unknown universe. This thick book is well worth the read and to share…”

“Mind-blowing statements and speculation (‘…everyone is a non-physical thought form conceived in the Mind of

God, preserved for all eternity because God’s thoughts never die…’). Many will find Meyers’ journey up the Mountain intriguing—and possibly even life-changing.” (BLUEINK REVIEW)

“In its effort to grapple with fundamental questions about the meaning of life, it raises questions that have echoed throughout the ages, including about where we come from, where we are going, who are.”  (CLARION REVIEW)
