30-day challenge by Earl Nightingale
This is 30-day challenge presented by Earl Nightingale.
If you haven't had the opportunity to listen his audio "The strangest secret in the world", you can find it here. Knowledge and wisdom are present in every word that was spoken. Here I will just sum up his 30-day challenge.
For the next 30 days, follow each of these steps every day until you have achieved your goal!
- write on the card what it is you want more than anything else
It may be more money, to double your income, make a specific amount of money, beautiful home, success at your job, the particular position in life, more harmonious family. Each of us wants something. It must be a single goal and clearly defined. On the other side write:
"Ask, and it shall be given you
seek, and ye shall find
knock, and it shall be opened unto you
for
- carry the card with you and read it several times a day
- think about your goal in a cheerful, relaxed, positive way each morning when you get up and just before going to the bed. Remember that you must become what you think about
- stop thinking about what it is your fear (we become what we think about)
Each time a fearful or negative thought comes into your conscious mind, replace it with the mental picture of your positive and worthwhile goal. For 30 days you must take control of your mind. It will think about only what you permit it to think about. Remember, your limitations are self-imposed.
- do more then you have to
- give of yourself more than you have ever done before
- don't concern yourself too much with how you are going to achieve your goal
Leave that completely to a power greater than yourself. The answers will come to you of their own accord and at the right time. All you have to know is where are you going.
In addition to this 30-day challenge by Earl Nightingale do next:
- for 30 days do your best (no matter what your job is, do it as you never done it before)
- act as though it were impossible to fail
- force yourself to think positively on your own problem
- don't worry, worry brings fear and fear is crippling
- keep calm and cheerful
- control your thoughts
- use imagination
- don't concern yourself with the money (be of the service, build, work, dream, create)
- save at least 10 cents of every dollar you earn
- concentrate on your goal every day
- action – ideas are worthless unless we act on them.
If you should fail within your first 30 days, finding yourself overwhelmed by negative thoughts, you have to start from that point all over again and go 30 more days.
And if you would like to take this 30-day challenge by Earl Nightingale, I would like to hear from you. Please share with those who you think might join you.
Be brave, be different, be the leader.
Yours sincerely,
Dijana
