Work-place Injury, Depression and My answer

Hi there, my name is Shawn'o and this is my story.

Back in July 2018, I did a substantial injury to my left knee in the workplace. I work in the Civil and Mining industry for 10years and before that, I was a carpenter for 11yrs. I have had to overcome my battle with depression financial strain from my injury that took 6 mths to heal even though it felt like years came off my life and this is how I turned it all around.
